Kotie Potgieter is passionate about people development through neuroscience. As a Business Woman, Conference Key-note Speaker and Trainer she is passionate about people by assisting them to become more of who they can be and to live with greater passion and purpose in a meaningful way.
Kotie is the CEO of MiND, a company that offers a number of unique interventions, workshops and training initiatives. MiND specializes in the empowerment and development of individuals, teams and organizations with brain based learning and development tools. A Neuro scientific approach – placing the emphasis on uniqueness, enhance wellbeing and optimize performance.
Her entrepreneurial and management skills were developed as the founder and CEO of “Innovative Modern Woman” an initiative that hosted both the Miss and Mrs Modern Woman Pageant.
Kotie is the ambassador for “Be the Hero Foundation” – charity organization. She is also a qualified Neuro-Link practitioner. She is fortunate to life her passion.
